Welcome to The Cognitive Stack! I started this site because I’ve always been driven by the pursuit of peak mental performance. For me, cognitive stacking isn’t about finding a quick fix. It’s about understanding the science of brain health and layering proven protocols to achieve sustained focus, sharp memory, and unwavering resilience.

My morning stack is the ultimate foundation for my day. Balancing a demanding schedule and a full household, I need protocols that actually deliver. From there, I follow a creatine routine of around 10g daily, which does wonders for both my physical and cognitive energy reserves.
